Job Description: Change Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Change Manager to join our team. This role involves strategic planning around the Change Management Process, with a focus on executing change initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead change management activities using structured methodologies.
• Support communication efforts through the design, development, and delivery of communication strategies.
• Assess change impacts, conduct impact analysis, and identify key stakeholders.
• Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and assisting in designing and delivering training programs.
• Act as a coach for senior leaders and provide support to managers and supervisors during transitions.
• Work collaboratively across organization levels to ensure successful change adoption.

Qualifications:

• Must be Prosci certified.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with medium to large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships across teams.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to work in ambiguous environments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Familiarity with project management approaches and the project lifecycle.

Position Details:

This is a contract role based in Chesterfield, MO, requiring the employee to be local and work in-office 3 days a week. The role reports to the Vice President of Organizational Change Management.
