Job summary

Medasource is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive an EHR rollout while working remotely with occasional travel to Washington. This contract role requires coordinating cross-agency change activities and stakeholder readiness, with a Pacific Time work schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in OCM for EHR projects, a relevant degree, and Prosci or similar Certification. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential to align change with training and governance

• 5 years of experience in EHR-related organizational change management.
• Degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prosci certification or comparable change-management certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-agency transformation and enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in PROSCI or other OCM methodologies preferred.
• Experience with multi-agency transformation and enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Prosci certification or comparable change-management certification preferred.
• Additional professional certifications in organizational development, change management, project management, or healthcare IT are a plus.
