Job summary

Requirements

• The HM is looking for seasoned
  Organizational Change Management consultant that is Business Focused.
• 8+ years solid Organizational Change Management experience.
• Must have solid healthcare experience.
• Prosci certification is a nice to have, however the team follows
  Prosci framework.
• Stakeholder Analysis experience.
• Change impact analysis experience.
• Identify areas where training is required.
• Create and update processes as well as create change reports and communications.
• Must have some understanding of
  CMS mandates.
