Job summary

• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities across multiple projects, including large-scale transformations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, implementation plans, and adoption initiatives.
• Conduct change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and stakeholder assessments.
• Identify change-related risks and mitigate resistance.
• Develop communication plans, presentations, FAQs, reference guides, and employee engagement materials.
• Partner with HR, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support changes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development of training materials and e-learning.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and change discussions.
• Track deliverables, adoption metrics, and project milestones.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.

• Partner with HR, project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support organizational changes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training materials, job aids, and e-learning resources.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and change management discussions.
• Track change management deliverables, adoption metrics, project milestones, and progress.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to project leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Human Relations, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the utility or energy industry.
• ACMP, Prosci , or similar change management certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or business process transformations.
• Experience developing employee training programs and organizational communications.
