Job summary

Lockton is seeking a seasoned change management and organization-design professional to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. You will partner with leaders across markets to diagnose needs, design solutions, and support implementation.

Responsibilities include leading internal consulting, guiding change readiness, stakeholder analysis, and adoption planning while applying Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, and ADKAR methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in change management, organization design, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills: needs assessment, problem diagnosis, solution design, stakeholder management.
• Strong facilitation skills to manage group discussions and reach decisions.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical plans, tools, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the business to identify needs, shape solutions, and support implementation.
• Serve as an internal consultant to business leaders.
• Diagnose needs, clarify problems, assess root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead or support change management initiatives (readiness, stakeholder analysis, comms, adoption, reinforcement).
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, ADKAR and related methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Design and facilitate leadership discussions, sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Support organization readiness, effectiveness, and design work; create scalable tools and playbooks.
• Partner across organizational effectiveness, leadership development, strategic consulting, talent management, and learning solutions.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
