Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist in Reston, VA to support the Defense Enclave Services migration, focusing on enhancing user experience and customer relationships. Qualifications

• BA degree or Master’s with extensive relevant experience in DoD environments.
• DoD SECRET or above clearance required and knowledge of change management.
• Experience in executive communications and liaising with senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between program team and customers during migration to DODNet.
• Apply change management methodologies including analyses and plans.
• Develop and distribute customer migration materials and leadership content.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through regular communication.
• Establish metrics to measure success of engagement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
• Initiate, plan, and report tasks independently.
• Convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Utilize MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
