Job summary

Digineer in Minneapolis seeks an Organizational Change Management Consultant to assess readiness, advise leaders, and shape adoption across functions. You’ll examine how changes affect roles, processes, and behaviors, delivering plans aligned with culture and operating realities.

Your work will span engaging workshops, roadmaps, sponsorship guidance, communications, training, and measures of adoption, with opportunities to impact healthcare, insurance, and industrial services clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading organizational change and process improvement.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of project management disciplines and how change fits into delivery.
• Ability to assess organizational culture, strengths, constraints.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing, and written communication skills.
• Experience resolving complex situations with competing interests or unclear expectations.
• Experience modeling business processes.
• Record of process improvements delivering measurable cost savings.
• Understanding of business and financial metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder expectations across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational culture, change capabilities, and readiness through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Define the scope of the change and its impact on people, roles, and processes.
• Develop prioritized change roadmaps, including business cases and expected returns.
• Advise sponsors and managers on their responsibilities in leading change.
• Develop organizational design recommendations and refine them with executives and stakeholders.
• Create and execute communication and training plans.
• Establish measures for adoption and utilization, then address gaps.
• Identify barriers that require changes to leadership actions, processes, or organizational structures.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Coordinate change activities with project plans, milestones, and stakeholder needs.
