Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Care Navigator to support employees through behavioral health challenges. This role involves providing clinical consultation, coordinating critical incident responses, and ensuring high-quality care outreach.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience. This position offers a base rate of $38.65 per hour and various comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have LCSW or equivalent license to deliver mental health services independently.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in EAP or clinical settings.
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations and working with corporate leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to HR and leaders.
• Coordinate responses to critical incidents and provide follow-up care.
• Deliver discreet support to executives and VIP employees.
