Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with digital health operations, management consulting, or related experiences; high-growth operations or startup background preferred.
• Strong ability to drive clarity amidst ambiguity and prioritize tasks.
• Experience building new programs from scratch.
• Advanced project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Data analysis and a metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures is ideal.
• Ability to distill insights from complex analytics and communicate impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a people manager to a small operational team with responsibilities including work prioritization, delegation, and program metrics monitoring.
• Contribute to medium to large projects to improve care navigation processes and operational workflows.
• Leverage analytics to drive decision making, define objectives, and evaluate outcomes.
• Gather and manage business requirements throughout project lifecycles with Business Analysts or independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate CNT value and deliver consistent results.
• Support internal initiatives to build a world-class team.
