Job summary

Vanguard Renewables is seeking an Organics Market Manager for the Phoenix, AZ area to acquire organic feedstock streams and establish the company as a leader in food waste recovery. You will prospect, cultivate, and close deals, engaging with diverse stakeholders including C-Suite while developing market insights and sales strategy.

The role emphasizes complex B2B selling, enterprise sales process, in-depth client relationships, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel 40% or more.

Responsibilities

• Acquire assigned tons per day of organic feedstock for the digesters in the territory.
• Develop and close organic feedstock client relationships.
• Prospect, source, and sell to a variety of stakeholders including C-Suite.
• Attend tradeshows and industry networking events and log activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Accounting to onboard clients.
