Job summary

Vanguard Renewables is a national leader in environmental services and renewable energy projects. The Organics Market Manager role is based in the Phoenix, AZ area and focuses on acquiring organic feedstock, developing client relationships, and closing complex B2B sales.

You will prospect, develop, and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite, while engaging in consultative selling and proposal development to drive market expansion in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and close complex sales.
• Proven success at B2B selling at a high level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding administrative diligence; extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire assigned tons per day of organic feedstock for anaerobic digesters in the territory.
• Develop and close organic feedstock client accounts.
• Prospect, develop and nurture relationships; close sales deals.
• Present proposals and pricing to clients; work with stakeholders.
• Log activities and opportunities in Salesforce; perform outbound calls.
• Attend trade shows and industry events; coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
