Job summary

Vanguard Renewables, based in Weston, Massachusetts, is a national leader in environmental services and the development of food and dairy waste-to-renewable energy projects. The Regional Account Manager will manage relationships with our existing regional clients, collaborating with internal VR teams to solve problems, and field inquiries via phone, email, and client service portals.

This role emphasizes retaining clients, growing market share in the region, and providing world-class customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in waste, recycling or environmental industries.
• Excellent customer communication and service.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Extremely organized and data driven.
• Communicate clearly and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Be available on-site for each facility in the region.
• Experience in environmental logistics and total waste services preferred.
• Experience in organics management preferred.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operations at each facility by championing client needs.
• Create superior client experience by fielding inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Work with the Organic Solutions Sales Team to create program proposals and onboard clients.
• Respond quickly, communicate problems, and develop timely solutions.
• Collaborate with facility operations, logistics and partnerships to provide excellent service.
• Track and evaluate client performance and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain high-quality records in the CRM.
• Support the Organics Solutions Sales team on various projects.
