Qualifications

4+ years hands-on SEO in B2B or ecommerce
Proven CRO impact with lead/conversion improvements
Experience building programmatic SEO for large inventories
Deep technical SEO knowledge: CWV, structured data, site architecture
Applied AI-search/GEO with measurable outcomes
Experience designing AI-driven workflows for SEO, CRO, analytics

Responsibilities

Own organic and AI-search performance across Sleek’s markets and drive lead generation
Lead CRO and funnel fixes to improve site-user→lead conversion
Audit, structure, and optimize content for high-intent queries and AI visibility
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship SEO/CRO changes
Track and report per-market progress and impact on revenue
