Job summary

Instrumental Group is hiring an SEO Specialist to drive online visibility and growth for diverse clients in a fully remote role. You will optimize client presences, drive targeted traffic, and contribute to measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, execute SEO initiatives, and continuously improve performance. AI tools may be used to enhance research and reporting while preserving human judgment.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience analyzing digital marketing performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with SEO and/or paid search platforms and marketing analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated paid media, SEO, and AI search strategies aligned with client goals.
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, market, SERP, and AI visibility research.
Evaluate opportunities to improve visibility, traffic, and pipeline impact across channels.
Develop goals, success metrics, testing priorities, and optimization plans.
Translate research and performance insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Create client-ready reporting linking performance to broader business goals.
Continuously test and refine campaigns and search strategies based on data.
