Omniscient Digital is seeking a Senior Organic Growth Strategist to lead enterprise account strategies, shaping retention, expansion, and pipeline with minimal oversight. You will set AEO measurement standards, guide the team on AI-visibility data, and collaborate with sales and executives.

You will mentor analysts, help refine proposals, and drive the overall SEO/AEO roadmap while representing the company on AI search in client conversations. Remote work is supported.

• 4-6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy, with a track record on complex or enterprise accounts.
• Deep fluency in AI search and AEO; set standards for measuring AI-visibility data.
• Exercise independent judgment on high-stakes accounts and trusted to make the call.
• Strong mentor who makes others better.
• Commercial instincts: support sales, shape proposals, connect to pipeline.
• Executive presence and meticulous work; passcode enterprisegrowth2026.
• Not an asshole; collaborative and ownership-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for high-value/enterprise accounts with independent recommendations shaping retention and expansion.
• Set the AEO measurement standard: source of truth, AI-visibility data interpretation, messaging for executives.
• Own the enterprise SEO/AEO roadmap: topical authority, technical health, off-site consistency with testing.
• Support sales: shape proposals and join calls to drive pipeline.
• Mentor junior strategists/analysts and raise team performance.
• Dedicate ~20% of time to experimentation and shipping repeatable methods.
• Represent Omniscient's view on AI search in client discussions and externally.
