Cognition, an applied AI lab in San Francisco, seeks an SEO & AEO Lead to build an organic demand engine from the ground up. You’ll own strategy and execution, creating high-intent, conversion-focused experiences across landing, use-case, and industry pages while enhancing authority and AI search visibility.

You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Web, and Engineering to turn expertise into scalable, measurable organic growth that fuels enterprise pipeline.

Formación

• Strong SEO operator with B2B tech growth experience.
• Comfortable with strategy and execution responsibilities.
• Hands-on technical SEO and modern web architecture experience.
• Strategic content planning aligned to search intent and conversions.
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO and authority building.
• Commercial focus on pipeline and revenue impact.
• Curious about AI-driven search and discovery evolutions.
• Systems thinker able to scale an organic content & demand engine.
• Ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Strong collaboration across PMM, Demand Gen, Web, Eng., RevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Own the organic demand engine strategy and execution across multiple products.
• Build a scalable content engine targeting high-intent enterprise search.
• Develop gated resources and explainable content geared to conversions.
• Own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO roadmaps and implementations.
• Lead AI search visibility and monitor AI-generated answer environments.
• Measure impact on pipeline and convert organic visitors into actions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, and Engineering teams.
