Abode is seeking an Organic Growth Lead to build our organic social presence and website content from the ground up. You’ll own content from idea to publishing: short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube first, then guides and research stories on our site.

You should care about brand and have a point of view on how Abode should look, sound, and show up. There’s room for growth into broader brand leadership, and the immediate job is hands-on social and content.

Qualifications

• Experience building a consumer brand's social presence at a startup.
• Ability to show videos you made and explain your role and results.
• Ability to turn research or SEO briefs into clear, useful content.
• Comfort adapting videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong sense of brand voice and how to apply it across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own Our Socials: set strategy for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and produce content.
• Learn What Works: track performance and iterate formats and topics.
• Create Useful Website Content: write homeowner guides and SEO-backed content.
• Bring Our Research to Life: convert county research and PR coverage into engaging stories.
• Run Creators, Mailers, and Community: manage creators, UGC partners, and email copy.
