Abode Money is hiring an Organic Growth Lead in Austin to own non-paid channels—website content, social, creators, and turning PR into owned content.

You’ll revamp our organic social strategy, build a county-data backed research hub, and ship daily content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

This role values brand thinking, hands-on work, and a path to Head of Brand; you’ll work in person five days a week to grow homeowners’ trust.

Qualifications

• In Austin or willing to relocate; in-person work five days a week.
• Have built a consumer brand's social presence hands-on, ideally fintech/insurance/home relevance.
• Can show content you made and its impact.
• Have written pages that rank from a keyword brief.
• Know what works for homeowners on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Care about brand and have strong opinions on differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild Organic Social: revamp our strategy and ship daily short video on TikTok/IG/YouTube.
• Own Website Content: write guides, county pages, and data reports to improve weekly performance.
• Build Our Research Hub: turn county data into shareable, citable research.
• Move at News Speed: convert PR hooks into finished assets the same day.
• Run Creators and Community: manage creator/UGC partnerships, mailer creative, and community replies.
