You will own the traffic system from Instagram to YouTube and long-form formats, leading a growing team and partnering with the founder and leadership to drive multi-platform growth.

You will recruit and mentor talent, define KPIs, and ensure content is optimized without paid ads, aiming for substantial follower and revenue growth across platforms.

• Ability to own end-to-end content ecosystem and strategy.

• Own Instagram organic growth end-to-end and define KPIs.
