Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Remote Content Marketer to own organic growth for established creators, educators, and industry experts. You will develop and execute organic content strategies that expand audiences, boost engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive sales.

You’ll transform expert knowledge into compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email—research trends, script videos, craft visuals, and analyze performance to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing organic social channels or personal brands, ideally for creators, educators, coaches, or experts.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; TikTok and Substack are a plus.
• Outstanding content strategy and copywriting skills, including hooks and storytelling.
• Experience scripting and storyboarding short- and long-form video content.
• Strong design sense using Canva or similar tools for visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute organic content strategies across major platforms to grow audiences, engagement, leads, and sales.
• Research trends and high-performing formats to feed a strong ideas pipeline.
• Turn expert knowledge into content that builds authority and drives conversions.
• Script and storyboard video content with strong hooks and CTAs.
• Write engaging social posts, captions, newsletters, and long-form content.
• Create visuals using Canva and other tools for carousels, thumbnails, etc.
• Build lead magnets, email campaigns, and automations to convert audiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and production while maintaining brand voice.
• Track performance and optimize results based on data.
