CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking a Content Architect and Growth Operator to turn organic social into a high-performance acquisition channel. You will bridge stories with algorithmic performance, owning Reels, Shorts, and creator partnerships to drive reach, retention, and revenue.

You will build a scalable Creator Program and provide massive leverage to the Founder and Marketing Team, transforming the brand into a content powerhouse beyond a traditional internal team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing accounts and generating millions of views with short-form video.
• Experience recruiting and managing creators or influencers for long-term partnerships.
• Expert in narrative tension and retention editing; know how to stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds.
• Ability to make professional services bingeable while preserving brand authority.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a high-velocity short-form video strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Launch and scale the Creator Program with incentive models and virality playbooks.
• Guide website headlines, visuals, and landing pages to ensure cohesive narratives.
• Identify emerging platform trends and translate them into our B2B niche.
• Analyze watch-time and drop-off to iterate formats and boost growth.
