Job summary

Astro Shapes, LLC seeks a Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Integration to lead the enterprise IMO, PMO, continuous improvement, and learning & development. You will own governance, project discipline, and capability development across the organization.

Partnering with executive leadership, you will drive priorities, establish governance, optimize resource allocation, and build scalable internal capabilities to execute acquisitions, integrations, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning integration, PMO, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness functions in-house.
• Comfortable operating at governance and operational altitude.
• Track record of building repeatable internal capability.
• Willing to execute the work in under-resourced areas and scale into standing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) and Project Management Office (PMO).
• Oversee continuous improvement, governance, and reporting structures across cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training, curricula, and capability-building programs.
• Coach and develop internal teams as the function matures.
• Partner with executives to drive priorities and governance frameworks.
