Acro Service Corp is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Representative 3 to advise HR and business leaders on team dynamics, change leadership, and effectiveness initiatives. You will lead diagnostics, design sessions, and help define governance and decision rights across programs.

Responsibilities include driving leader engagement, developing change plans, and delivering clear recommendations with practical actions. Strong facilitation and data-driven storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field plus 12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced consulting skills with proven ability to scope problems, recommend practical solutions, gain client buy-in, and deliver results.
• Experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Leaders, business leaders, and program managers on organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and change leadership.
• Lead qualitative organization diagnostics through interviews, focus groups, assessments, and sessions to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Design and facilitate sessions that build trust, clarity, and effective ways of working.
