Brink's, Incorporated is seeking an Organization Design & Workforce Planning Lead to drive workforce planning, organization design, workforce analytics, talent planning and integration support. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal and the IMO to shape the future-state organization through data-driven insights and strategic workforce options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, business, organizational development, finance).
6+ years in workforce planning, organization design, HR transformation, or related fields.
Strong analytical and data management capabilities with large employee datasets.
Experience supporting organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience developing executive-level presentations and decision materials.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce planning, organization design, analytics, and talent planning activities.
Own workforce data, dashboards, and reporting to support integration planning.
Develop scenarios and recommendations for future-state organization.
Facilitate leadership discussions and governance with data-driven insights.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IMO on workforce strategies.
Support talent inventory, leadership tracking, and culture-related metrics.
