Job summary

Brink's Inc is seeking an Organization Design & Workforce Planning Lead to steer workforce planning, design, and analytics in support of integration and business goals.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and the IMO to develop future-state organization strategies, build data-driven insights, and advise executives on talent and cost outcomes. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and multi-stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, organization design, or HR transformation.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities with large datasets.
• Experience with organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience presenting at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central owner for workforce data, analytics, and reporting.
• Maintain workforce inventories, datasets, and organizational data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Analyze workforce composition, structure, and integration impacts.
• Support cost modeling, scenario planning, and governance actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for governance forums.
• Support organization design activities and assess tradeoffs.
• Track leadership and employee decisions to ensure alignment across plans.
