Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Experience with Orgvue and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting packages, dashboards, KPI tracking.
• Establish reporting governance, data standards, definitions, and quality controls.
• Monitor and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Provide recommendations based on quantitative analysis and business insights.
• Lead Orgvue modeling and workforce planning scenarios.
