Job summary

Accenture seeks an Organization Change Senior Manager to lead complex transformations in the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector within an AI-enabled, data-informed operating environment. You will guide change through fast, scalable programs, emphasizing human judgment, governance, and responsible AI usage.

You will partner with clients to craft change strategies, apply analytics to measure adoption, and help organizations adopt new operating models powered by digital tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Chemicals & Natural Resources Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts with data, automation and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs and sustain change as roles evolve.
• Define and enable GenAI use across organizations with governance and accountability.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption.
• Design agile change strategies for new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to scalable change journeys and learning assets.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
