Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Organization Change Leader to help clients reinvent their work in an AI-enabled, data-driven world, aligning people, processes and technology.

You will lead enterprise change programs, design change strategies, and apply GenAI insights to drive adoption, readiness and accountability, while guiding responsible use.

This role offers opportunities to collaborate across teams, contribute to business development, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.
• Bonus Points If You Have experience using Generative AI to deliver organizational change work, including analytics, communications, and manager enablement.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven, AI-enabled environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance.
