Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior manager in the Technology practice to lead end-to-end managed services across AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI. The role demands deep P&L ownership, executive-level client engagement, and a proven track record delivering AI-driven transformation at scale.

You will architect agentic delivery models, drive modernization, and help clients shift from run to reinvention, with travel up to 0–100% depending on engagements. Chicago-area or national opportunities may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years technology delivery experience with P&L ownership
• 3+ years designing/operating AI-driven delivery models such as AIOps or GenAI-powered ITSM
• 8+ years in multi-tower delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud
• Experience engaging CIOs/CTOs on strategy and transformation
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 12+ years of work experience
• Master’s degree and familiarity with Accenture AI platforms are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services including AMS, IMS, Security, & Data & AI.
• Architect AI-first delivery models using Reinvention.AI and GenWizard.
• Reshape tech economics by driving cost takeout and capacity for reinvention.
• Lead workforce transition to agentic operations with AI fleets and human SREs.
• Build senior client relationships with CIOs and IT leadership; expand scope over time.
• Drive modernization within run model through architecture simplification and resilience.
• Shape and win MRS bids with credible delivery and operating model depth.
