Job summary

Heritage Cutter, a US manufacturer of precision cutting tools, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Oregon. You will leverage machining knowledge to support end users and distributors, drive sales growth, and coordinate with product teams and engineers to optimize customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machining experience on manual and CNC machines.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Engineering degree or machining certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer relationships in the assigned Oregon territory.
• Increase sales and margin within the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory.
• Keep CRM up-to-date for accounts and opportunities.
• Review lost opportunities to adjust pricing, product and service strategies.
• Set sales goals and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources to support the territory.
• Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and share with product teams.
• Submit monthly activity reports and forecast updates for major accounts.
