Job summary

Heritage Cutter is a US manufacturer of precision cutting tools seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. You’ll train in products, support end users and distributors, and drive territory sales with technical field support.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strategy development, and collaboration with engineers and product managers to win new business and grow market share across our Data Flute and Weldon brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years machining experience on manual and CNC machines.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Machining trade school certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Increase sales and profit margin within the territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory.
• Maintain CRM data for accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Review opportunities to inform pricing, products, and strategy.
• Set sales goals and report progress for accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources (Product Managers) to support territory.
