Job summary

Leggett & Platt Flooring Products is seeking a Territory Manager to service Oregon's existing customers and develop new prospects. You will drive sales strategy, train customers on products, and coordinate with manufacturing and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a resourceful, self-motivated, and strategic approach with overnight travel as needed. Prior outside sales experience is preferred, with a business-related bachelor’s degree desirable.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred if no direct sales experience, preferably in business.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales in Oregon territory.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and training.
• Represent products at trade shows and similar events.
• Collaborate with manufacturing facilities.
• Support the customer service team.
• Manage account pricing.
• Resolve account and credit issues.
