Parametrix seeks an established cultural resources leader to expand our Oregon practice. This client-facing role blends business development, project leadership, and technical expertise to grow relationships, secure opportunities, and deliver complex cultural resources projects across Oregon.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in cultural resources, strong Oregon connections, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach within a multidisciplinary firm. Flexible work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional cultural resources management experience.
• Established relationships within Oregon's cultural resources market.
• Experience identifying and pursuing cultural resources opportunities and building a pipeline of work.
• Ability to lead cultural resources projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of NHPA Section 106, NEPA, and state requirements.
• Master's degree in a related field and relevant qualifications.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to building a practice within a multidisciplinary firm.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Oregon cultural resources practice by identifying opportunities and expanding client relationships.
• Leverage a professional network to strengthen Parametrix's presence in Oregon and pursue new opportunities.
• Lead client relationships and strategic pursuits including engagement, proposals, teaming, and long-term planning.
• Manage and deliver cultural resources projects with oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted technical and regulatory advisor guiding compliance and permitting challenges.
• Support hiring and growth of the team as the practice expands.
