Job summary

P&C Recruiting and HR is seeking a Geologist to plan and lead ore-control drilling, collect and interpret results, and integrate findings into short-range geological, structural, and assay block models at our Nevada site.

Reporting to the Principal Geologist, you will drive QA/QC processes, supervise contractors, ensure MSHA compliance, and support safety, environmental stewardship, and daily reconciliation of ore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology with 5-10 years of experience in exploration drilling, geological block modeling, and ore control.
• Master’s degree and PG designation preferred.
• Experience with SEC SK-1300 and 43-101 regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead ore-control drilling and interpret results for short-range models.
• Manage QA/QC processes and reconcile ore data.
• Coordinate with operations, environmental teams, and contractors.
• Update short-range geological/structural models and block models.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, state, federal regulations, and policies.
• Promote safety and environmental stewardship.
• Travel as required.
