P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Geologist to lead ore-control drilling and to integrate results into short-range geological and block models at our Nevada site.

You will drive QA/QC processes and coordinate with mining operations, environmental teams, contractors, and site staff to ensure accurate reconciliation and safe operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology with 5-10 years of experience in exploration drilling, geological block modeling, and ore control at a surface mining operation.
• Master’s degree in Geology, Professional Geologist designation, and Qualified Person status under SEC SK-1300 and Canadian 43-101 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead ore-control drilling and interpret results for short-range block models.
• Lead QA/QC processes and ore-control workflow and reconciliation tracking.
• Collaborate with mining operations, environmental teams, contractors, and site technical personnel.
• Maintain and update short-range geological, structural, and block models for mine planning.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Promote safety-first culture and environmental stewardship.
• Some travel may be required.
