Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Excel data entry, basic formulas, and maintaining trackers.
• Clear written communication with vendors and customers.
• Manage multiple orders and projects without losing track.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN and pass background/drug screening.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Log booked and submitted sales orders into trackers and project planner for visibility.
• Create Purchase Orders for equipment and materials and track status.
• Follow up with vendors on order status, lead times, backorders, and ETAs.
• Maintain records across Excel, Planner, FreshDesk, Avigilon, and Acumatica.
