Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in order management, operations support, project coordination, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when entering, tracking, and updating order information.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, purchasing, warehouse, operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and related questions or concerns.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service and support by following up on requests, resolving issues, and communicating updates clearly.
• Manage order management activities, including order entry support, tracking, delivery coordination, scheduling, and status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, warehouse, and vendor teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Partner with Purchasing to obtain updated vendor delivery information and provide customers with accurate order statuses.
• Monitor open orders and proactively identify delays, missing information, or potential issues affecting customer commitments.
• Support project coordination by maintaining communication between internal teams and tracking project-related order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates related to orders, customer communication, and delivery timelines.
