Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and related questions.
• Provide responsive, professional support by following up on requests, resolving issues, and communicating updates clearly.
• Manage order management activities, including entry support, tracking, delivery coordination, scheduling, and status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, warehouse, and vendor teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Partner with Purchasing to obtain updated vendor delivery information and provide customers with accurate statuses.
• Monitor open orders and proactively identify delays, missing information, or potential issues affecting commitments.
• Support project coordination by maintaining communication between internal teams and tracking order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates related to orders and timelines.
