Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. in Dallas seeks a Sr. Business Process Analyst to own global Credit Risk, Receivables, and Collections workflows.

You will partner with engineering, product, and service delivery to design scalable processes within our tech stack and manage projects in Asana. You translate complex needs into technical specs, drive SOX controls, and lead Change Management across global teams, aiming to improve DSO and collections metrics.

Qualifications

5+ years in Credit & Collections operations or process engineering.
Experience partnering with engineering/product teams to define system requirements.
Proven Change Management and user adoption for global processes.
Ability to optimize workflows impacting DSO and aging metrics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication for technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, re-engineer, and automate global Credit Risk, Receivable Aging, and Collections SOPs.
Collaborate with engineering/product teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
Drive enhancements across Salesforce, Oracle, and internal systems.
Lead change management strategies and operational training globally.
Represent Credit & Collections in governance while ensuring SOX compliance.
