Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Call Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enters orders placed by customers, track orders through SAP, communicate problems/information between sales representatives, manufacturing personnel and customer.
• Generates deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse on shipments for large orders that are palletized.
• Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Manages the more complex territories.
• May solicit sale of new products.
