Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enters orders placed by customers, answers and researches customer inquiries, tracks orders through SAP, and communicates problems/information between sales reps, manufacturing, and customer.
• Generates deliveries and coordinates with the warehouse on shipments as large orders need palletizing and planning.
• Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Manages more complex territories.
• May solicit sale of new products.
