B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Capital Equipment Order Analyst to validate purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and ensure timely processing within regulatory bounds. This role focuses on accuracy, documentation, and smooth hand-offs to accelerate revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Capital Equipment Purchase Orders to ensure policy, contract and regulatory compliance.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation prior to order processing.
• Prepare, review and complete required agreements and Purchase Order Acknowledgements.
• Fulfill all contractual and legal requirements related to capital equipment orders.
• Maintain audit-ready records for all transactions.
