Job summary

WACKER is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ann Arbor, MI to coordinate order entry, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least 4 years in customer service, familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. A hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years' customer service experience.
Must have knowledge of SAP software and/or similar workplace application programs (Oracle).
Basic knowledge of logistical processes.
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office.
Customer- and Service- oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to deal with conflicts and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sale: Assist Credit Department and Sales Managers in setting up new accounts in SMART and SAP.
Sales: Handle order entry and changes, monitor open orders, coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics.
After Sales: Process complaints, organize returns, enter credit/debit requests in SAP.
E-Business: Support E-Business customers and implement solutions.
Customer Support: Manage customer requests and maintain relationships, monitor order patterns.
