Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring for a warehouse roles to select cases and containers, loading pallets, and preparing orders for shipment. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts, observe safety regulations, and ensure product quality during the fulfillment process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift, and wear PPE.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move along multi-level racks to locate items per order sheets.
• Manually pick and place stock onto pallets and wrap as needed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
