Performance Food Group in Missouri is seeking a warehouse order selector to pick cases and non-food items from multi-level racks, load pallets, and prepare shipments using an electric pallet jack or forklift, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Stand/walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift 10–100 lbs regularly; up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification during training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move along racks to locate items.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
