Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover routes in Tulsa and Sand Springs. You will build displays, place equipment, manage stock, and ensure products are available for our customers, following company merchandising standards.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to use your own vehicle, and physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds. Shifts Monday to Friday 7:00 AM until route complete, with starting pay $18.62–$23.40 per hour and

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
