Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Ft. Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie routes. This position involves implementing product displays, POS advertising, and inventory management across multiple locations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to use a personal vehicle for work, and the physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds. Excellent planning and attention to detail are essential for success in this busy merchandising

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Job Location: Route covers Ft. Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie areas
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
