Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover Longview and Gilmer, TX areas. The role focuses on building displays, POS advertising, inventory management and ensuring shelves reflect product rotation to keep iconic brands available.

You will drive a personal vehicle on assigned routes, lift 50+ pounds, and coordinate with customers and teammates daily. Starting pay is $18.62–$23.40 per hour with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record required.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle for business routes.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.

Job Location: Route covers Longview and Gilmer areas.
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Wednesday - Thursday / 5:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
