Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Texas to ensure popular beverages are available at store locations. You will build displays, place products, and maintain shelf integrity according to merchandising standards.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with additional earning opportunities through incentives, quarterly/ referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required for daily routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
