Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are visible and available at store shelves. You will map displays, place equipment, and support merchandising standards across multiple routes in TX.

The role requires a valid drivers license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, with a 40+ hour week on a rotating schedule. Starting hourly pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73, with bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Position Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and reduce trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers, and shoppers daily to resolve issues.

Job Location: Call routes are as follows: Pampa, White Deer, Clarendon and Groom, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00AM - until completion / 40+ hr work week / Combo Stores.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements


• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards


• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays


• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage


• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes


• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record


• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours


• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height


• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
